Graduate students are expected to know the conditions of academic probation. These are explained in the Master's Handbook of the College of Journalism and Communications.

Chronic lateness or absences from class will result in deductions from your final grade.

If a student's total points include a fraction of 5/10s or more, the total will be rounded up to the next highest integer. Thus 87.5 becomes 88 (B+), but 87.49 remains a B.
There is no grading curve.
There is no extra credit.
