This sketch shows some of the within-page navigation I was thinking about using. I wanted to use Go stones as buttons but not to have them look exactly like the line of stones on the slider menu. I also had to think about the reality of Go stones, which are black or white (they never change color), and which are typically arranged in particular ways. Other arrangements would look wrong to a real Go player.
