Sound Recorder Sound Recorder (with a sound loaded)

An application called Sound Recorder comes with Windows 98, NT and 2000. The image above shows the app with no file loaded.
Filename: sndrec32.exe

You can open WAVE (.wav) files in the Sound Recorder and play them. You can also record sounds directly into your computer -- if you have a microphone. The image above shows a file playing. It's close to halfway (5.23 sec.) through an 11.99-second file.
