that is exactly 800 pixels wide and 600 pixels high, when a user views that
page at 800 x 600 resolution. |

These screenshots illustrate that at 800 x 600 resolution,
the user only sees about 700 pixels in width (with the scrollbar
showing) and about 440 pixels in height. So please design your pages
