About the Video

I shot this video with a Sony DCR-PC100 at the 2000 Games in Sydney, Australia, on 24 September 2000.

I captured the video directly from my camera to my laptop computer and did the editing in Adobe Premiere LE.

To put the video into Flash, I ran the MOV file through Sorenson Squeeze and exported an FLV file.

The video requires the Flash 6 player. You can download it from Macromedia (free). In most cases it installs itself, and you do not need to reboot your computer.

Please adjust your volume -- the video includes a soundtrack.
