Bouncing Ball Animation with Sound
The two hardest things about learning to do this were: (1) Getting the sound in exactly the right place, and (2) Making the "squashed" effect look right. The SWF file is 10 KB.

The two buttons move the playhead to a different place in the Timeline -- that's why the Stop button disappears when the ball is stopped, and the Start button disappears when the ball is moving. The buttons control the movie clip that contains the ball, its sound, and all the motion. Everything except the two buttons appears in all the frames, continuously.
