August 01, 2005MiniDisc Recorders & CamerasI'm in syllabus-writing mode and preparing for the fall semester. This morning I've been pricing MiniDisc recorders and digital cameras. I found the Sharp MD-MT280S MiniDisc recorder (has mic input) for $179.95 at PlanetMiniDisc.com. Sony MZ-RH910 MiniDisc recorder (has mic input) for $199.95 at MiniDisco.com. As for cameras, I'm looking at the Canon PowerShot A520 (4 megapixels, 4x optical zoom), $224.99 at Best Buy, and the Nikon CoolPix 4800 (4 megapixels, 8x optical zoom), $349.99 at Best Buy.
